I really enjoyed this film,as someone who has spent a lot of time in Africa and loves it there,I enjoyed it and loved seeing a story I knew nothing about and which touched on so many poignant themes as well as being a great love story between two unlightly individuals who overcame a lot of odds and allowed love to rule and it seemed to work out!!! As people who travel to Africa frequently, my family was mesmerized watching this film and watching history unfold. To complicate matters, imagine being the future King of the African nation of Botswana and falling in love with and marrying a white Englishwoman.
